About Strapoli Pizzeria

Strapoli Pizzeria is a pizza restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. It is listed at 545 W Diversey Pkwy, Chicago, IL 60614, which places it among the local businesses of Chicago that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 AMβ9 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Strapoli Pizzeria at (561) 344-5094; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, strapolipizza.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 338 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in Chicago and suggests consistent service.
Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Went there for the 1st time last Saturday mid-afternoon with the beautiful French seΓ±orita I am dating. The weather was nice so we sat outside to do a bit of people watching and enjoy the breeze. We ordered the Pistachina and added ricotta. ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE PIZZA!!! I loved the last 10 years in Europe and this is 1 of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy! The dough was the way authentic neopolitain pizza should be-airy and light! And the ingredients tasted fresh! We didn't try it but the garlic bread looked delicious! We didn't know it was BYOB, if not we wouldve brought a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back! Have to check out the Roscoe Village location for a more formal date night ; )

Self order with QR code - food was amazing and fresh stone fired pizza. Outdoor seating available. Relatively quick to get food out.

Tight lil spot so go as a group of 2 or on your own. Pizza was great and so was the garlic bread. Love this style of pizza so itβs definitely staying on my list after this visit. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was so nice! Perfect spot on a gloomy day.

Their crust is very light and airy and cooked well. I personally feel the tomato sauce could have been a bit sweeter. While this is slightly preference, traditionally pizza sauce is sweeter than say a marinara, which this tasted closer to. Put this food in a more homey, traditional atmosphere and I think it would trick the taste buds into appreciating it more, because this food was genuinely very good and stands out amongst Chicago pizza. Unfortunately, it is a bit expensive, especially for a no-service style restaurant
